Food:

Generally clean, and they always get my order right. Don't need much more from a fast food place.

I went there recently after I made a complaint when they denied me service nd the food was for me I was making a lunch run
went there maybe 2 week's ago and I order some food for myself nd kids when I got home to see if my order was correct kid you not they SPIT IN ALL OF MY FCKN BURGERS I understand if you something against me but why do this to my kids food called 1800 to complain have NOT heard anything from the district manager never again
WORSE SERVICE EVER they TAKE everything so personal I have did fast food service for years nd I would NEVER DO THIS or allow this

Perla (Pearl) was amazing. I was with 3 children under the age of 5, all of whom were in different stages of meltdown. She was so patient and understanding, and understood my complicated order over 3 crying kids. She brought us our food in the play place and talked to the kids to distract them and make them laugh until they were in a good mood. She came back to check on us several times. Perla really saved the day!!

Very slow service, and food is usually sub-par when it finally arrives. The cashier in the drive-thru NEVER says thank you or you're welcome. They are very lax. And when I tried to call to speak to a manager, nobody picked up. Horrible experience, and I will not dine there again.

I'm not a huge fan of Burger King in the first place, but my daughter loves it and it is nice to let her play on the indoor playground when it is cold outside - but I will never come back to this location again! Today was not the first time I've had a bad experience here, but I assumed the last time(s) were just bad days – now I know that every day is a bad day here! They don't have some of the items and specials that BK advertises on television, they don't have ANY dipping sauce for the nuggets, they don't have current kids meal toys and they don't even have the kids crowns that BK has offered for decades (and my daughter has come to expect). Last time they got my order wrong in the drive through (missing sandwich), then they gave me the WRONG sandwich when I came inside and specifically told them what was missing. Probably the only good thing about this location is that they have one of the fancy soda machines that lets you add flavors to pretty much any drink, but it is almost always out of some/all of the drinks and/or flavors. DON'T EAT HERE!!! Jake's and Keller's are both nearby, and SO MUCH BETTER!
