Manager was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Will not be back

Food:

15 minutes sitting at the speaker before someone took our order. Would have just drove off but the long line in front of us blocked our way. Now on 27 minutes and still not up to the window. Food will be nice and cold by then. Employees standing around goofing off while we all wait. Worst store ever!

these people just can't get it right. I don't mind waiting as long as it's right but it's always wrong.

Clean restaurant and fresh food. The manager on duty today is awesome!

If you consider texting whenever possible and throwing french fries around in the back good service, this place is the perfect place to waste your money. I was lucky enough to get hit with a flying ketchup packet from one of the employees who obviously has too much time on their hands. If you're REALLY lucky, an employee with wiped their grimy hands all over the inside of the cup. I haven't even eaten my food yet. I'm jumping with joy to taste what this kind of service can prepare... >:[
