Take to long to get food an it be cold an wrong

Went to this Burger King between 1:00 and 1:30 today. When I bit into my food there was tape in my food. I took it back up there and the manager that was working at that time didn't want to give me a new burger and looked at me as if I was lying. I will not be going back up there and I will be writing the corporate office about this store. I could have asked for my money back but I was trying to be understanding that things happen when you are unwrapping things. To look at me as if I was lying and not want to give my food that I paid for to be mad right is wrong.
