I can't say that I have ever had a good experience at this particular Burger King. It's ALWAYS really crowded, but that's only because of the location. During off peak hours when the crowd isn't bad, they block off most of the dining area so there isn't sufficient seating for the customers they do have at that time. Some of the employees are really nice and efficient, but the majority of them act like you're just a nuisance when you're trying to order something. Bathrooms are a disaster most of the time. But by far the worst experience that I've had there was two days ago and it was this particular experience that prompted me to write a review.
I went in to buy my daughter a small hamburger while we were shopping downtown. There were two registers open and only one person ahead of me in line, but I still had to wait nearly five minutes because the two girls at the registers were occupied with taking pictures with the granddaughter of the customer in front of me. When they finally finished with their photography session, I stepped up to the register and ordered a regular hamburger to go. The girl at the register said "We don't have meat". I said "Excuse me?". She said "We don't have any meat. Only chicken." I said "This is BURGER King. How do you not have hamburgers?". She says "We ran out", and then begins to ignore me. How does a place with BURGER in the name not have hamburgers? I will never spend another dime there.

The food here is really cheap, like the 10 nuggets for under 2 dollars, but the atmosphere of the restaurant wasn't soo good. The food was freshly, hot, and quick which makes this a good place to pick up food.

Horrible customer service , filled with ghetto people, I guess it's just the area. Food was ok tho

The service and decor of the restaurant is somewhat lacking. However, I don't go to BK b/c it looks pretty. The burgers are good especially when the ketchup and mayo mix together but there is never enough fries. Fries need to last as long as the burger, if not longer.
