The employee's were on cell phones and not paying attention. Orders were lost or were incorrect (You won't get it your way at this store) customized orders were incorrect or not being listened by employee's that were on the phone. The manager didn't seem to care and had a hard time answering my questions, maybe a language barrier or maybe just tired. The order that was placed was charged incorrectly and all of the items requested were straight up wrong. The ratings for this store are evident of how badly things are being run. Food was bland, service awful, I went to the extent of contacting the district manager and I still feel as tho not a care could be given. I recommend everyone go next door to Chic-Fil-A.

I am expecting the store to be closed.

The orders were being lost because of a manager deleting orders before they were being filled. The food is mediocre and the service was terrible. Don't come here or you'll be disappointed. I don't even know how they are still in business at this location.

The first- and last- time I dined here, this place was filthy, crowded, loud, and overal depressing. The food was pretty gross, there were children running a screaming everywhere, and it felt like I needed a shower after walking into the building. All of the employees had a terrible attitude and moved at half a snail's pace. It was overall one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant- 0/10 will not try again. Yikes.

Food was good, nothing forgotten. Then there is the cleanliness. Everything from the front counter to the play area is cover in a layer of filth like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The restrooms are seem to have been forgotten more than they are thought of. 1st and last time I will eat at this location. Staff could use some retraining and a fire lit under their rears!

This Burger King for the second time that we visited has sticky floors like they are never cleaned. We ordered the Halloween Black Whopper 2 weeks before Halloween and they said they ran out. We waited 10 minutes to get our food. When we walked up to the counter the lady was waving the flies off of our food. The fries had a fishy taste. The staff is friendly but this place needs better management that makes sure they stay on top of orders and cleaning. :/ I will drive out of our way to the Southlake location if we decide to visit the chain again.
