Burger King, Garland, Texas, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Just went to this drive thru and it was horrible. Waited at lease 15minutes for a number 3 with no onion and a small fry . When we did get the food the drive thru girl forgot the small fry and my drink was wrong. We are in Texas it is 85• outside and I asked for a free drink because we waited so long and the manager Jose denied me the drink. Worst service ever !!

I can honestly say this location is not one that I will be returning to. Due to me recently moving close by and it's convenience, I figured I would give it a try. Waste of my money is all it is. I walk in the door and was not greeted. And to when I was ready to order, I stood at the register for 3 minutes before I was even looked at. The cashier was rude and impatient, almost like she could care less about her job. And when I received my food, it was not at all appealing. I ordered the #6 and a chili cheese dog on the side. The burger was thrown together and had a cold bun. The fries were soggy. And the chili on the dog was black... the only tasty thing I had was my soda. This place is not worth my time nor money ever again. Very disappointed.

I guess they're in the business of randomly closing their 24 hr drive-thru.

This place sucks. Waited at the drive-thru for 20 mins. Their intercom was broken and there was a huge line. When inside the cashier didn't care and they couldn't tell me when my food would be ready. I left. Bad service

Hmm, so after a long day of working and going the whole day without eating I decided to stop by Bk and get something. I go through the drive through and order a "SPICY ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWHICH," after the cashier rudely took my order. I didn't get a "Hey, welcome to burger king, may I take your order?" And he didn't even repeat the order back to me. So I get to the window and pay, once again, I didn't receive a greeting. Instead of receiving a spicy chicken sandwhich, I received a 10 pc chicken nugget meal...Now let me say, I used to work for Burger King, it's honestly one of the easiest jobs out there. I got promoted to a manager after 3 months...
Lol, and y'all want $15/hour...lol....

He also didn't give me my receipt so I know for a fact I won't be able to receive my.money back and y'all probably won't believe me if I called.

Their phone doesn't even work......
