They always seen to take twice as long as they should even when they aren't that busy and I just asked for extra pickles and no mayo on my whopper and got only mayo with no pickle.

We went through the drive thru and had a simple order, but Esmeralda couldn't get it correct. On my two whopper jr's I wanted (and stated it clearly) no lettuce and heavy pickles. What I got was no onion and not really extra pickles! She even rang it up incorrectly. When I called the number on my receipt, I just got an answering machine that was generic and did not even state the name of who I called! This was the last in a long line of complaints that I have from the last four years, and I really won't be going back again!!!

I keep giving this BK a chance - it keeps disappointing me! Today I had a coupon. I read it as saying "2 bfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and 2 coffee for $4." Found out there are only 2 sandwiches and 1 of coffee&hash browns. Didn't like that. Then they can't find my receipt. The one guy is looking around for it while my food is getting cold. I told him to forget it. Ariana was the mgr who took my order. (saw name tag) heavy sigh :(

HORRIBLE, over charged me, then I went back for them to fix it, THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER that I had repeated what I wanted 4 times, had to drive all the way back to get a refund, I wouldnt go here. Terrible service.

im sorry but this has to be stated actually not sorry my son worked here before everything he tells me im shocked did you know that the trays they give you they dont evan wash, sanitize, and air dry they just rinse REALLY imagine what plate your kids are eating off of when someone could of sneezed all over em that germs all over, oh and they have cashiers clean bathrooms like if theres kaka or anything, cause they have no damn maintence so that means when the cashier touches your food thats 100 percent cross-contamination but they dont care there much more but im sure u know they dont care about your health!!
