Burger King, Greensboro, North Carolina Restaurant Details

While I had no set expectations before and during this visit I did think they would at least be able to handle a few sandwiches without trouble. This proved to be not the case. After placing the order I was short a burger. I notified the cashier (Nyshkia) who assumed it was a Chicken sandwich I was missing. She told me it would be brought out. Next thing I know she shouts across the dining room asking to see my receipt. Me having previous fast food experience I ask "You don't have a recall button?" She was like yeah they do in the back. Then the board person and her decided to argue about where my cheeseburger went. Then another customer brought back a to go order that had my missing sandwich. They actually decided to give me the sandwich after it had left the store with another customer. That is wrong on so many levels. Not only that all my items where barely warm with the exception of the fries. I can see why Burger King is very rarely on my list of restaurants I go to. I don't like complaints and neither does anyone else but come on guys you can take a step to do a little better than this. Next time a customer is missing an item how about just making it again instead of arguing about it and giving me the item that was given to another customer.

If you are going through the drive-thru and they ask you to pull forward to wait on your food, you may as well ask for a refund. One time that I pulled forward to "wait for my food", they completely forgot about me and were surprised when I walked in to ask where my food was and why it was taking so long. Another time I was asked to pull forward because the sweet potato fries would take longer. They didn't not tell me that it would take longer until after I had already ordered and paid for my order. The person who brought it out to me 15 minutes later was not friendly. Oh yea, and the sweet potato fries were also over cooked by the time that I got them. Wish I had just handed the food back and asked for a refund.

There was THREE HAIRS in one of the burgers we ordered. Not one, not two, but THREE LONG hairs. While I was waiting to receive my food, for the lady working was talking and joking with her coworkers, with the food in her hand! When I was placing my order she just sounded like she didn't want to be there. Unprofessional and slow. I'd rather go 15 minutes further than to ever go here again. We didn't eat any of it. That's just unsanitary and DISGUSTING.
