Burger King, Hialeah, Florida, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Food:

The chicken strips were delicious but that was the only good thing, the bathroom didn't have a mirror a hook or a changing table, there was no place to put my purse or my diaper bag so I had to put them on the floor (nasty). The play area looked fine from the outside but when I went in to help my kid I realized it was dirty, sticky and full of little flies. I took my stuff and my kid to the Mc Donalds across the street.

Food:

Shouldn't even be a one star, every time I go the food is always done wrong, food is terrible and is fried in uses oil that's been sitting for a while which always give the food a bad taste!!

I ordered my food today and the associate got my order incorrect, which wasn't a problem because she went and got the manager to fix it

when he showed up he was EXTREMELY short tempered and told me everything was my fault and had an attitude with me, i received my second order and it was wrong AGAIN, and when i said something the manager answered me as if he was talking to one of his workers...

the man proceeded to talk about me in Spanish unaware that i understood everything they said, just because i'm black doesn't mean i cant understand Spanish.

Once they got my food right, it was great but if it wasn't for my friend that manager would have got punched dead in his face !

go to the one before 57th ave, the service and cleanliness is much better than this location and the MANAGER should be FIRED
