Burger King, Houston, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

When I first walked in there seemed to be some animosity between some of the employees and there was not someone at registered so I had to wait a bit while the issue was settled. Now this is a fast food restaurant and that being said it took them between 13 and 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door to place and revive my order, I will let you decide if that is fast enough for you. They did get my order right, however when I went to sit down and start eating I noticed empty tables that had not been wiped down. I would not recommend eating in at this location, use the drive thru.

Decided to visit this Burger King for the Halloween Whopper. There were bugs on the table and on the window sills while eating. Decor was also outdated from 90's. Staff was friendly and welcoming + lots of parking.

If i could give negative stars, i would. They claim to be open till midnight, but if you go there after 11:45, they will tell you they are closed, or that, "the system is down"...). That alone is enough to piss me off. This BK is soley responsible for me giving Jack in the Box a second try. P.S. The Jack in the Crack by them has been consistently good...

The worst !! Manager Luis locked the doors at 9:30 when it clearly states dining room closes at 10 pm on the glass entrance doors.. I drove there in the rain just to to eat in the dining room.. I asked to speak to the manger (Luis) he was so rude and nasty ..threw me out..he said he was waiting for police to show because of an issue earlier prior to my arrival and waved me out with both hands THEN THEN when I was walking to my car he followed me because I told him I was going to write a complaint on him where he confronted and phyiclly threatened me..wow ..actually wanted to hit me..what a manger..I also noticed a van pull up while he was verbally assaulting me in the parking lot, only then did he back off.. 2 adults and 4 kids in the Van all drove away when they saw what was happening..as yet another car was pulling in .. yep locked out as well..as they too drove away as I was pulling out of the parking lot, so I'm sure he is causing a loss in revenue as well as repeat guest as myself ! I really don't think there were any police on the way either..just a lazy manager (bully) showing his employess how NOT to run a buisness or the properly handle customer service, who wanted to simply close the dining room early even it it meant running off customers ..he needs to get his ass fired !! 1002 Westheimer Houston location

This Burger King clearly has not been updated since the 1990's. No joke.

Pink furniture, promotional signage with dates from 2012. This franchise is representing the Burger King brand.....and doing a piss-poor job. Corporate must be blind.

People were sleeping at the tables!

I asked for BBQ sauce and got some little plastic solo cup like they are in the back squeezing it from a jar.

The Soda machine looks like it could be sold for good money on antique roadshow.

Customer service was OK, nothing special, but I would NEVER step foot in this place again in fear of catching something.

The owner clearly has gotten his ROI a thousand time over. It's 2014.....update your business.
