Burger King, Kansas City, Missouri, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Food:

Slow service. Drive thru was horrible at 8:30 pm on a Thursday. Her English was hard to understand. Two lines but not at all organized.

We stopped through the drive through and ordered three breakfast sandwiches. All three were very cold to the point the cheese wasn't melted. They also gave us the wrong food. I will never go to this Burger King again n

We placed our order in the drive thru today, including asking for plenty of ketchup. They also asked is what sauce we wanted for our nuggets, which we told them. When we got our order, we should have checked it before leaving. We had no straws, even though we had gotten two drinks. We had no ketchup, and no sauce for the nuggets. Very disappointing.

Jan 7th around 10:30pm I stopped by this BK to grab a bite to eat w/ my sister, never thought I would leave BK drive through so upset. The women took 1 minutes to respond to us once we said hello, she told us one moment then we waited another 2 minutes then decided to leave we were stuck since there was another guy picking up his order. Once he left we were able to ask the women would it be okay to order here she said DID I NOT TELL YOU WAIT A MOMENT. We told her the situation on how we decided to leave because it took so long to get in our order. Then she yelled at us again saying DID I NOT TELL YOU TO WAIT; she kept repeating her self for some odd reason. My sister felt bad once she told us she was by her self so she politely asked her can we please order here? She had the worst attitude with us, she was so unreasonable then she yelled at my sister saying did anyone not tell you not to be rude to the person serving you (this is a threat). My sister kept apologizing but the girl kept being so rude, at the end we both got frustrated then told her she was the one being rude so she rolled her eyes then closed the window on us. I would really appreciate it if the management team would revise there employees, because I did not have it my way. She was having it her way NOT YOUR LOGO HUH?
WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. Thank you

Drop by this place on a road trip. Waited a while for the order at drive thru, understandable since there were 3 cars ahead of me. Staff was nice.
