11/27/2015 4:15 amNobody wants to work on Thanksgiving. However if you are working on Thanksgiving, please work. Driving through at 10pm, the employee stated the system was down and that he could not take our order. The problem persisted for a few minutes, during which time we could hear other employees hollering in the background. We decided to leave without making an order and saw 4 or 5 employees (including one with a headset) clearly just hanging about in front of and behind the register. Very disappointing service. |

08/15/2015 8:54 pmThey managed to get my order completely wrong even though I was the only person in there and no one was in the drive through. I ordered the featured BBQ sandwich with sweet potato fries and got a single cheese burger with regular fries but they remembered to charge me for the higher priced sandwich. |

07/02/2012 10:27 amI roll through the drive thru this morning to get my breakfast croissant. I notice there are 3 BK employees outside sharing a cigarette. They see me pull into the drive thru lane and they scatter like roaches. I get to the speaker and I hear the operator say "Order." I will be blunt, there was no "How may I help you, Good morning" just the command Order. I place my order and the operator said "Pull around B" As I roll my window up, I hear, "Yo, this kid wants a big mac." I pull up to the window, and the drive thru attendant exhales some smoke. He tells my total is "2 Andrew Jacksons and a Jefferson." I gave him $5, and he gave me $20 in change. When he gave my food, he asked me what song I was listening to. I told him it was news radio. He told me he likes the beat and asks me to "jack up the crank so I can crunk." I turned up the volume and he grooved to Rush Limbaugh. He gave me a bag that was full of fries and lettuce. |
