Slow service, forgot my drink. Under staffed to be on the beach. Plus dirty bathrooms.

This is the Burger King place was located 1/4 mile away from my home and I went to this restaurant in Downtown LB. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and soft drink. The cleanliness was somewhat organized but without residues or trash, the restrooms are somewhat smelly like urines, the noise level was normal, and the line was faster to order the food.

They said my 12/30/14 coupon was expired..aaannd its still April. The manager argued with me and she ended keeping the coupon for a free small meal. Crazy how a free 3 to 4 dollar meal is such a big deal to give away..esp when I got the coupon in exchange of bad service anyway. I used to manage a BK back in 2006...I would have never thought about fighting with a customer over $4. Never going back.
