This place is ridiculous!! Tried to get the 2 for $8.99 that was posted on their window and the drive through lady told us it was not available anymore, so my husband said why in the hell is it still on the window then, and they refused service so we request a manager and he was a jerk too!! And apparently they don't have corporate offices lol Wow!!

We went through the drive thru and order breakfast. My husband ask for no cheese on my sandwich because I'm a nursing mom and anytime I eat a dairy product my daughter throws up all day long. Well of course it came covered in cheese. So my husband parked and took the sandwich back in. No big deal until the lady working the counter said to the manager, "can we get this remade with no cheese. He did say no cheese". No we are originally from Missouri and I've got to say I have meet some of the rudest people in Lubbock. And I also worked in the restaurant business on various levels and would never allow an employee speak like this. Shame on this town and the burger King brand. Won't be eating here ever again as a breastfeeding mom.

We went over for a quick lunch. Food tasted good, service was quick and friendly, and we got a good value for the money. I think that's the point of 'fast food'. I really liked that they added the soft butter mints as an amenity for their customers!

I LOVE Burger King. But, I will never go to another Burger King in Lubbock. I have yet to find a single restaurant in this town that can get on order correct. This was my first experience at the 82nd location, and it made me want to throw up. First off, when did the portions get so small, but the prices get bigger? My small combo consisted of 23 fries (I did count) and a drink comparable to those the kids were getting. Had I not seen the guy fill my drink cup while I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through, I would have thought that some type of cleaner had been poured in by mistake. I live 5 minutes away from this store. By the time I got home, I had to heat my food up in the microwave. The onions on my Whopper had clearly been cut a while ago as they were soggy and bruised. My other annoyance was pulling up and being told that they would "be right with me." Not a biggie; I'm a patient person. Then I watched 3 other cars pull up in the bay next to me and all get waited on first. The only redeeming factor of this location is that I actually got the cheese that I paid for; I haven't received that type of service from the other Burger Kings in Lubbock. THIS is why Burger King is closing throughout Texas.
