The staff all hate their jobs & take it out on the customers

last night i went to eat there and they are open till 1am and i went at 11:40 and told me they were closed so i went around the store didnt see nobody so i went to mcdonalds and look tat way about 11:48 and 3 cars were in line and they got served so what happened ?
