The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!! . Lucky the burgers are charbroiled. What a joke!

Food:

They ran out of ketchup packets, and didn't think to offer me ketchup from the supply they put on the burgers. Salty fries. Locked restroom (I'm sure it's not their fault, but it's inconvenient).

Food:

I really wish Burger King would open some locations near East Towne. To drive from the mall to this location just to get horrible service and cold nasty food it's just not worth it. I've always loved BK and every time I've gone there, it's been awful. The one on S. Park St. isn't any better. I'll go to BK outside of the Madison area because those stores actually care about serving good food.

Painfully slow. Seriously expect to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. They get 2 stars because there are no longer employee who pocket extra change on your orders... haha. Wish this BK would get their act together because the west side one is so far away.

Food:

Horrible. Girl working in the drive thru opened the door and gave me my food without saying anything and closed the window. I hadnt even payed. I had to sit for 5 more minutes staring until they came back. I should have drivin away.!
