I've had lots of problems over the last year at this location this I moved to Memphis.

1) I've waited nearly 15-20min in line waiting to have a simple chicken sandwich made

2) Ordered whoppers w/o mayo only to find them smothered in the condiment upon arriving home. This has also happened when requesting things like cheese, tomato, etc to not be placed on various sandwiches.

3) Ordered a sausage biscuit + small coffee today and knowing my previous problems at this store opened the sandwich up to find it was just a biscuit. I had to go inside to find out that they had mixed my order up with another patron's order because one of the most difficult things to discern is a biscuit w/ a sausage patty and a biscuit.

Overall this is probably one of the worst fast food "restaurants" I have frequented across numerous states. I gave them an honest trying thinking it may have been a temp/training staff issue but after my own numerous incidents and those of my friends I will no longer be visiting this particular store anytime soon.

If you want to get better service try the store out on Whitten Rd or the other store on Union Ave closer to downtown.

Thursday 4 PM. Ordered coffee and was told simply "We don't have any coffee." I asked for details and heard "We don't have any made." I asked whether it wasn't customary to make coffee at BK and she mumbled something and walked off. Another worker who was just as stationary as the first informed me after a few moments that they only make coffee at breakfast time, but "she's gonna brew some." The men's room was filthy. The workers were just standing around in the prep area. Joint was empty. Wonder why?

..who put up their ignorant sign about Global warming being a hoax. Way to go! As if the deep south doesn't already have a stigma regarding ignorance and stupidity. The owner of this franchise had to go crystallize it. Listen, I go to restaurants to eat, not to have some clod try to ram the uninformed brayings he overheard from Limbaugh and FOX, down the entire communities throat. So thumbs down on this restaurant because for all I know, the stupidity inherent with this place may be due to a problem with the lead inside.
