Well first,I called to see what was on four different sandwiches because I live far and I didn't want to drive far for something Iddnt want. Nobody answered the first three calls. On the FOURTH CALL, Yuridia answered with attitude and was talking super fast. When I asked her what was on a sandwich, she talked super fast. On the second sandwich I asked about, she quickly told me and then hung up on me. I wasnt even done with my questions, and when I got to the store, she was at the drive thru window, and her excuse for being so rude was "It's really busy and I couldn't talk" There were only two cars in front of me when I got there.... She didnt even apologized to me for hanging up on me and she got my sandwiches wrong, of course. I will never recommend this burger king location to anyone. I ended up just throwing away my food because they were made completely wrong. Yuridia had the WORST customer service I have ever had..

I go out of my way to go to any other BK. This location should be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up including all staff. They are rude and frankly half of them barely speak English. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and I wouldn't recommend using them for fear of conceiving some diseases. Hope and pray everyday that this trashy crap hole gets torn down

Certain employees at this location always have the worst attitude and are so rude. There are some who are always very nice, though. I went in for lunch one day and while I was waiting for my food, I saw the lady working the drive through take a drink she had just poured, empty it out, and put the cup back on the cup rack to use for another customer - disgusting. I can't imagine what other policies they slack on.
