Burger King, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

I arrived during the mid day lunch rush. The cashier was very friendly and quickly took my order. Before I could get my drink, my food was ready at the counter and it was hot and fresh. The manager was working behind the counter and was making sure that everything was running smoothly.

Food:

Excellent.
Food was delicious and only waited 5 minutes.

Worst bk ever! I got sick the only 2 times I ate there and that was because I work across the street from it everyday.

I've gone to this particular Burger King location plenty of times, because it is right around the corner from my job and I absolutely love French toast sticks; yet, every time (and it never fails) my service has been the same...HORRIBLE. The employees are rude...have attitudes...the wait time for food is ridiculous. One time, they even had an employee meeting during peak business hours and had the audacity to put a hand written sign on the doors and drive-thru stating such and they would open at a specific time, which did not happen. I've even called the manager on duty to complain about the rude service and not even an apology on behalf on the employees was given. As much as I love French toast sticks I will NEVER patronize this Burger King location EVER again!
