Burger King, Nashville, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Most courteous staff I've encountered in a long time, including high end restaurants.

I know... It's just a Burger King.

Maybe it's because I'm from Jersey and I'm not used to the southern hospitality, but I travel everywhere and always eat out; not just fast food.

Good job night crew. From the manager to the sweeper boy. I also admire the work ethic of whoever was cleaning outside breakfast time.

Amazing service and attitude from staff. We placed a large order for our group for pickup at 630am. Manager came in on day off to make sure it went well. The whole staff was over the top. Thank you Burger King!!

Always open your food and check it, because they can't seem to ever get an order correct. I normally look at my sandwich and thoroughly check it since I've encountered so many mistakes from this location. Tonight made the mistake of assuming that since there was no one inside the restarant when I pulled up and the drive through was completely empty, they would get my order correct. Shame on me!!! My order was very simple, I ordered a wopper combo with no pickles. I got home and I had a whopper with cheese (I don't eat cheese) , 6 pickles( which I'm allergic to) and bacon (I don't eat pork). How did this happen when the restarant was completely empty??? I've tried to call the restaurant to speak with a manager for the past 30 minutes and line just continues to be busy..... No dinner for me tonight, thanks to the horrible customer service at the Lebanon road location!

I've never been here when I didn't have to wait at least 15 minutes, and I was only the 2nd person in line (inside the store). Furthermore, my order has been incorrect every time.I try to give them another chance every now and then, but they always disappoint.

Today they ran out of tomato, pickles, and katchup.. seems to me maybe they should rename burger king to 86 king.. might need a new manager. . Coke machine has no ice.. and to top it off.. Coke machine has no COKE..LOL. wow..
