Rude, incompetent employees consistently. SICK of getting orders messed up. Have it your way? Not anymore, apparently.

By and large, the employees at this location simply refuse to go out of their way for the customer. Certain employees will even sneer and mock customers. When I pay for someone to serve me food, I expect a certain amount of respect. Steer clear of this one. If you have a craving for Burger King, drive a bit further to the Hickory Hollow area.

Absolutely horrible. The lady at the front literally picked her nose before she gave me my change back. I just stared and she said "What?!" my 10 piece nugget was 8 pieces and cold. I asked for my money back and she said I ate two nuggets and she couldn't give me a refund and that I should have counted them at the counter. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I will never be back here. Ever.

Not once, but twice in one day our food was cold and in dangerous temps to eat, as we rode in the car. We stopped in the afternoon lunch, when it is busy and you would think the turnoverr would keep things fresh. We were sucked in by the 10 for 1.49 CHICKEN nuggets. Ice cold, tasteless, and cooked in old grease. So we threw them out. Later that afternoon, my kids wanted to try a different one for the nuggets.....ICE COLD, again, different location. I ordered the 2/5 sands. Just cold mush wilted, and tasteless. We wonder why this chain suffers...poor food preparation. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the lady who took the order, friendly and professional
