This just happened today: Went in, bathroom locked, on the lock says "Ask cashier for token to open door". So went to order some food and politely asked for token, cashier said "just put in a penny", replied that didn't have a penny at the moment, would cashier give one to open door, cashier said she didn't have one either. So asked again if that meant even as a customer still wouldn't be able to use bathroom, cashier said just ask around for penny. Lucky that didn't pay for the order yet, so just walked out. Too bad this rating system doesn't have zero star.

Its always very dirty and it takes forever to get your order, i always wait more than 20 mins for a order.

Very bad customer service and not many people speak English, which makes it so difficult and takes a long time to make your order.
