Burger King, Norfolk, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

Icee machine hasn't worked since I lived here. It's been almost 2 years. God knows how long before then. Oh! I also have to wait for my order for 10 minutes EVERY time. Don't get me wrong, the food is seemingly fresh, but when I'm trying to grab fast food, I expect it to be fast.

They have no supplies first thing in the morning. How can you run a business on this model. Terrible Customer Service. Still no cinnabons.

Went in tonight to get a gift card for an uncle. Yes i know its not the ideal gift card. But they were out. The lady running the cash register had no idea how to ring up a gift card once she was showed how by another employee, she realized they didn't have any. While i was waiting for her to look for the gift card the other employees were talking within hearing distance how they wouldn't buy a BK gift card, that they would buy one somewhere else. Not very friendly at all. The funny thing was they had a fold up Gift Card advertisement on the counter.

They suck!!!!!! I can't stand going to this burger king. They never have anything...how you don't have sausage in a Sunday morning???!?? Then for 3 weeks straight I went to get a cinnabon and ice cream and they always had an excuse for why they didn't have it. Horrible customer service...not to mention they break down the lines and close early before they are supoosed to! Uggghhh!

closed before they were suppose to :/ called at 11:33pm to ask if they were open. they say yes till midnight. get there at 11:39 and they were closed! one menu sign was off but the other was on but no one would answer. boo on this burger king! dont go late.
