Gave us an incomplete order and then didn't believe my wife and made her go get the rest of the food and prove it, as if that is possible.

Horrible service. Hours start at 6a.m. and wasn't even greeted until 6:10 at which point I was informed that the cook(s) hadn't arrived yet and that it would be another 5-10 minutes before I could get food. I informed the lady that that was fine and I'd wait to which she replied that I'd have to wait elsewhere as I couldn't wait at the "speaker" at which point I irritably left. This is not the first occasion, if you're a manager and can't get your crew together, doncha think maybe it's time for new management? Preferably one that can speak proper English?

Food is TERRIBLE !!!! Fries cold and hard . Cashier didn't greet us at the window . Will never go to this BK again .
