I've been a big BK fan since 1973. this is the Worst BK in OKC area. brand new facility but the worst trained crew I ever seen. Slow service, incorrect orders, cold food. patronized this store 3 times since re-opening and it gets worse each time. I hope corporate gets involved soon.

I use to love the kings burgers but they don't taste the same as they use to. Still better then mcds. I ate here the other day but it did take a long time in the drive thru. Order was correct.

They just reopened and the place is filthy and the staff rude! My burger was cold and dry. They also forgot the cheese.

I did the online survey and provided my name email and phone and a week later no one has contacted me. Customer service starts at the top and the franchise owner doesn't care and it shows at this location.

Every time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong, I can see it once in a while, but not EVERY time, I like Burger King but the next one is far away

I ordered the new 4 pack asked for cheese was charged for cheese but they could not seem to read my order correctly also if i wanted to wiped spilled dr pepper off my cup i would have wrnt to work their besides so so food the customer service or the lack of service i will never return their and i told my coworkers to also stay away
