Delicious burgers and the staff is nice. I notice most of negative reviews are from illiterate people, so I think that says enough. I'm a processor but I have worked customer service before and it irks me to see that 90% of negative reviews are from people who are absurd or don't have common sense and don't get their ridiculous way so they hop on here and write a negative review, even if the establishment doesn't deserve it. Thought I'd even out the odds a tiny bit.

Went for lunch yesterday, 3/9/16, and ordered a number 1 in drive thru. Burger was cold and the fries had a long brown hair in it, so i brought the fries back and asked to speak to a manager. The woman, who happened to be the employee that took my order in DT, came over and asked if there was a problem. I showed her the hair in my fries and she NODDED her head. Like she knew that it was a possibility that this persons hair was going to get into peoples food. I work in another fast food place so i know that hats and/or hair nets are required. This establishment obviously doesnt follow that. Instead of apologizing for the DISGUSTING mistake, she took the fries and threw them in the trash and walked off. The older lady at the counter was nice enough to offer me another fry in its place but the idea of eating something else from them turned my stomach so i asked for a refund instead. The manager came back over and asked me what my order was and put a dollar and some changey hand, then walked off again. Like i said, i work in fast food, i understand that things happen but you, as a manager, dont just walk off and leave a customer that has a legitimate complaint standing at the counter. You apologize, you try to fix the situation and this manager did neither.

This place is rude they were putting the chairs up and wiping the tables while we were eating almost hitting my daughter in the head with a chair behind us and then why my son threw the trash away they threw his drink away behind him really disappointed in Burger King

The food was horrible. The service was very slow. We repeated the order 3x. Once at the drive thru and twice at the window. The assistant manager Sandi provided HORRIBLE customer service. For her to hold such a high position at your company she provided the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I'm allergic to whip creme.. I told her 3x no whip creme. Then she tried to hand me a mocha with whip creme. I explained I told her 3x no whip creme. She got an attitude. . Didn't apologize and told me I was wrong and I told her extra whip creme. Completely wrong. For someone who is allergic I know what I order. She then gave us 3 cold rodeo burgers. Very dry. She asked if I needed sauce for the chicken fries, I said yes, we need honey mustard and ranch.. We get home to 2 packets of ketchup and one ranch. As we are at the window we looked in the bag to see if we had everything. . She forgot the fries.. so we are sitting waiting at the window an additional 5 minutes to be acknowledged as she is taking more orders and letting the line stack up verses taking care of the customers at the window.. When we were finally acknowledged we told her we were missing items.. she closed the window and walked away. Never once apologized or was courteous. She then gave us the fries and finally after 6 cars were behind us we were able to leave. We had errands to run so we started eating on the way there.. The chicken fries tasted very old and stale. The fries were not fresh at all. Not even close. The bread of the rodeo burgers tasted like they had been on the Walmart shelves for a couple of months. I got home and decided it was too late to go back up there so I called. No one answered the phone. The assistant manager failed to give us the receipt so I decided to go back up there hoping to speak with an actual manager verses the one that helped me. I got to the window and was trying to explain to him what had happened and he said he would look up our order. . Then she came to the window and was acting very hostile. I explained to her that she needed to step away from the window because I did not want to be helped by her due to our previous experience. She began to go on and on and then lied and said we were there hours ago. We were there within that same hour. I told her if she did not back away from the window and let the manager handle the issue I was going to call corporate. She then explained she didn't care and threw a piece of a receipt at me through the window. That is an absolute violation of your company policy. It has now created a hostile work environment to coworkers and customers due to her reckless behavior. She then went on and said I had went home and ate everything and now was returning for free food and money. If I had eaten all of that food why would I return for more ? Why return at all ? I then pulled the food out of the bag and told her she could have that nasty shit back. The fries even had a hair in it ! The guy manager was helping me.. however.. Once she came to the window he should of been the bigger boss in which he was not. This was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. Instead of fixing an $15 order.. they have caused more problems. She began to explain that I was acting crazy and I was on something. She said she was calling the cops and I explained that I did not care and would definitely assure her they would find out about the assistant manager throwing things out of the window. I do not care if it was a piece of paper or a fry.. you do not give that kind of customer service at all. The cops arrived and I explained what happened and they said they understand it was bad customer service and a problem of the company to have such horrible employees. They explained that regardless if they were in the wrong I had to leave the property. I explained I was parked in the parking lot to write this survey to corporate. . And they left me alone. This is absolutely absurd and I will NEVER return to any such burger king again.

The works there are inpatient and dont pay attention to you, i ordered a icee and some fries and they didnt come with it thanks to that no good worker "Jessica" , the employee's here suck , bad review on this
