Burger King, Omaha, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

Charged me for cheese I didn't want cheese. Fries were rock hard . Worst bk. Ever

The food is really good. Unfortunately, they lack the skills of running a restaurant! EVERY TIME I go in there, whether it's 7AM or 5PM, they have 2 to 3 people working. That's ok, except when they get even the least bit busy,when say there is 6 people, and in the time to take their orders, they don't get 1 done! Even one person more per shift would do good!

Terrible. This use to be the best BK in Omaha back a few years ago when Chewy was manager. I heard he went back to Mexico but then they seem to have hired lazy slobs that take no responsibility for anything as managers. I don't know her name, but about two years ago I knew to avoid this place and went to another location where this location's manager was working in place of their regular manager. She asked us why we were at that location instead of this one. I told her exactly why. Nearly every time I've come here in the last 3 or 4 years the lettuce has been soggy, the chicken cold and floppy, the bread stale. The sevice is also usually very slow even with only one or two customers. Her response was very rude. She rose an eyebrow then said "I don't buy that". I asked her why she wasn't accepting my critizism, especially when she asked for it to begin with. She repeated "I don't buy that ****". This is EXACTLY why this place is still trash and has not improved in nearly half a decade. I don't know if she still works her (I dont think she does because I've seen a lot of manager hiring signs up there every few months) but they keep hiring the same type of people that don't actually care to fix problems.

Yes this burger king is horrible. I've gone there many times because its close to me. Never again will i go because my food is always cold, burnt, hard buns, day old tasting, and just plain terrible and no one there can speak very good english, nor are they very polite. Never any expressions thanks have a nice day, nothing! Do not go to this burger king.

Horrible worst burger king ever. I live a few blocks away but will drive a mile out of my way to visit the one on center if I have to. Orders are always wrong, wrong change given, Even have been told that the manager does not want to make any more of a certain item. Just skip this one and move on to mcdonalds four blocks down on dodge
