Burger King, Omaha, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

Slow. Didn't start cooking my food till I pulled up to the window. This was after waiting for only 1 car in front of me for 10minutes. Asked me to pull up front. Waited another 10+ minutes......donkeys. .

Food:

Went there for lunch and it seemed like the wait staff just wanted to stand around and talk but of course they were so that would explain a lot. Probably would have been faster going through the drive thru but I doubt it. I guess I should just be happy they were working.

Food:

Took 20min to get food and we were the only on in there and got wrong food.. girl taken order was leaning and did care. Went up and said we got the wrong food and she was like na. Na.. you said you said. . I feel dirty after being there. the other reviews are so true.. the staff is slow and rude..

Service was very poor. I got to the drive though around 12pm after I got off work and waited in line behind 2 cars. Finally it's my turn and I get "we're closed". By this time it's maybe 12:05 but why would you take two peoples orders and not just one more person who was waiting in line. The woman working drive though was very rude and I will not go back until service adjustments have been made. If you don't want my money and want to make a customer happy then I will go somewhere that does. I work retail and we help everyone until the last person leaves the store. After working all day all I wanted was a chicken sandwich and she wouldn't let me order. I was very upset.

Food:

The place is understaffed, so service is slow & tables are dirty. I've been here several times and it's always the same. Won't be back. Please hire more people and pay them better. If the workers aren't happy it shows!
