Service was terrible, was not attended for 5 minutes. Got up and left.

Stopped by 05/25/14 Sunday night around 11:30 pm on the way home from seeing Godzilla at the loop. We ordered 2 whoppers with no onions and extra pickles. The place was deserted except for one car in front of us. It took 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their order. When I pulled up to the window to pay I looked this queen in the eye and asked him "Extra pickles and No onions, right?" He said "yeah no onions and extra pickles" with this queeny tone and attitude. I then heard him yell over to the guy cooking "No, no onions". When I got my bag of food I did a quick check and the first thing I noticed was that the Whoppers were wrapped in paper not the usual cardboard boxes. I thought BK must have changed how they packaged. them. When I got home however (and hungry) I took the whoppers out of the bag. Right off the bat something was not right... their was a piece of breaded chicken outside the wrapper... it looked like somebody took a bite out of a chicken sandwich and a piece had fallen into my bag with my whoppers. I noticed that the wrappers were not folded just kind of quickly wrapped around the burger messily. When I went to pick up the sandwich, it was a disaster. Pure slop. The flame broiled? burger was so greasy that the entire bottom of the bun was soaked in grease and it fell apart. I lifted the top of the bun and it was disgusting inside. Way too much mayo and a hunk of lettuce on one quarter of the sandwich and about 5 pickles... all piled up in one spot not distributed around the burger. I also found a small piece of ONION in the sandwich. It was obvious they just yanked it out of our sandwiches and tried to squish it back together again. Like I said, pure slop which I couldn't even eat. I was furious. I went to call the store and of course it just rang with no answer. Sure the dude that took my order and handed me my food was pretty... hairless shaved arms, 2 dangling bracelets on one wrist, bird tattoos behind his ears... but nothing made up for the pile of soaked slop that I found in my bag when I got home. Never again at this BK.

I went and ordered a couple burgers and some nuggets and i specifically said please have fresh nuggets and fries. I was promised they were fresh when i got them and i reached in and felt the fries they were hot. but then i got home and went to eat a nugget and yes the were hot but must have been sitting there for at least a half hour. so i drove all the way back and asked for new nuggets fried right now and i was given a 20 piece instead of a 10 wHich i orderd!

Consistently poor drive through service. Huge waits during late night, fool me once, shame on me. Done with this location.
