Slow!
Only 4 people working during the lunch rush. Kitchen was backed up with only 5 orders. Waited over 11 minutes for a regular order. Orders were filled out of order. I have not eaten at BK for a year or more necause the one near my house is really bad. This one is no better. WaWa has better food.

Fast food? When I'm the only one in the drive through and it takes upwards of ten minutes for a fish sandwich, that is terrible. Avoid this pace.

We live in america and speak english why would you have only have employees that only speak spanish some days.

Every time the non english speaking employes work half the menu is out and you don't get what you order. I am all for hiring all kinds of people but min requirements should be met.

This is the third time i have gone in the last 2 weeks and everything is out and when i do order is wrong and cold.
