The service is slow, they are always out of something (onion rings, bacon, etc) and for the last 3 weeks there ice cream machine has been down or in parts. This is by far the worst burger King I have ever been too and it should be closed down.

Food:

Food was fresh, staff was friendly, floors were freshly mopped, bathroom looked ok. Almost didn't stop at restaurant because of bad reviews glad I took a chance.

Food:

Very bad. It took 25 minutes to get our meals (5 simple sandwiches). The restaurant was empty, just one other customer beside us was inside. The whole restaurant looked dirty. The new Coke-Machine was out of order so that we had to get our drinks from the employees which took a long time because of some trouble at the drive-thru. We'll choose another restaurant next time.

THIS BURGER KING IS DISGUSTING. FIRST OFF WAIT TIME WAS 20 MINUTES. THERE WERE 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING THE WHOLE RESTAURANT 1 IN THE FRONT TAKING ORDERS AND GETTING THE FOOD- THE OTHER IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW- AND ANOTHER IN THE BACK COOKING. ONE OF THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND THE OTHER THAT WAS WORKING DRIVE THRU AND RUNNING THE FOOD- WAS SCRATCHING HER SCALP WITH HER NAILS AND HAD NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE HANDLING THE FOOD WITH GLOVES OR HAIRNETS. WHEN THE FOOD CAME OUT THE FRIES TASTED HORRIBLE. IT GAVE ME AN AFTER TASTED OF OLD GREASE. AS IF THEY HAVEN'T CHANGED THERE GREASE FOR YEARS. THAN WHEN MY SISTER COMPLAINED THEY GAVE ANOTHER FRESH ORDER THAT TASTED EXACTLY THE SAME. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND IT WAS GIVEN BY THE MANAGER THAT HAD CAME FROM A BREAK WHEN THEY ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS BACKED UP. AS WE WERE LEAVING MY SISTER OPENED UP ONE OF HER SANDWICHES THAT SHE ORDERED THERE WAS A HAIR IN HER WHOPPER .WE TURNED AROUND AND ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER IN WHICH THEY PROVIDED US WITH THERE OWN LOCAL BURGER KING PHONE NUMBER SO THAT WE WOULDN'T REPORT THIS PROBLEM TO THERE SUPERIOR.
