06/22/2015 4:32 pmNot bad, offered a free water on a hot day. They dropped it fresh upon order. The fish could have had more lettuce so you could see it without lifting the top bun off. But other than that, I really enjoyed my experience today. |

02/08/2015 12:29 amI literally can name over 20 different scenarios in which this Burger King establishment has disappointed me. The only reason why I am not giving it ONE star is because there is a couple of decent employees and I eat here frequently and the food is always good. However, I must bring up a multitude of things that frustrate me about this Burger King. For starters, this place closes whenever the hell they feel like it. The signs CLEARLY say 24 hour and that includes the lobby, However, these people take it upon themselves to close the lobby as early as 9 PM. Normally they close the doors to the lobby around 10 PM and if you are lucky they will close the lobby at 11 PM. Like I said, I have even gotten to the Burger King at 9 PM to find the front doors barricaded with the trash bins so that way nobody can come in. I understand that their probably isn't much customers around the times of 11 PM to 6 AM but this is ridiculous. Now I know what you are thinking, why not just use the drive thru? Well, there have been multiple instances where I pull into the drive thru to then be told through the speaker that they will not be serving food at this time and to come back hours later, What kind of nonsense is this? People eat fast food at all times of the day and a half way DECENT fast food establishment should always be prepared, ESPECIALLY one that advertises itself as a "24 hour" Burger King. Now that's not all. I actually don't know why I continue to spend my money at this Burger King when 8/10 times I am disappointed. Today for instance I went through the drive thru and was told at the speaker that they were not serving burgers at this time. Mind you, it is only 3 PM on a Saturday. What kind of Burger King doesn't serve burgers? I mean I understand sometimes things come up in the kitchen but that is asinine. I used to work in fast food and never experienced things like this. Also at the pick up window I was told by one of the employees that the power is down and their register isn't working so I wasn't able to pay for the food with my debit card. So I was then told to just wait until they fixed the problem. To make it even better the worker had no clue when the power was going to be up and running again. So much for FAST food. That reminds me, don't come here expecting to be in an out with your food. You'll wait less for your food at an Olive Garden compared to this Burger King. So when coming to eat here be sure to clear your schedule. In conclusion, this Burger King will definitely upset you in some way or another. Your food will be good, it will be what you expect from a Burger King so don't worry about that. But you will definitely have a bad experience here, |

07/10/2013 2:00 amI've been to many Burger King franchises and love the food along with the service they provide, but this particular store has the worst service I have ever experienced. It wasn't just one instance either. I live down the road and believed that my first experience at this store shouldn't be a deciding factor, but after multiple chances, I've become extremely fed up with the amount of mess ups on my orders along with the service each individual provides. None of the employees seem to care about their job enough to act pleasant to their customers and are incompetent when it comes to taking orders. Some are just down right rude. For instance, I recently just got back from there and as soon as I pull up to the drive thru, I was told to "Hold on" with no greeting or any formal apology when the order taker returned to the intercom. This store definitely needs better management and a completely new staff because this is how you lose customers. I am never going to be going back to this particular location ever again. |
