Usually love BK, but today was the worst I've ever seen it. The place looks nice after the remodeling but the food was awful. The fries were old and cold. The chicken fingers tasted like they were hours old, being dry, hard and luke warm. The best thing of the meal was the whopper burger which was mediocre compared to most times. I don't know what happened to the place. Maybe a management issue or they are not trying to waste any old products and serve them all to guests to make sure they get their money back for the remodeling. After the bad taste they left in my mouth I feel as though I never want to go back again.

worst mgmt. staff ever. they need a lesson in customer service and food safety. this store lacks the food safety knowledge that without it could kill a customer. I think the company should train their employees better on food safety before they do kill somebody. when somebody asks for no onion there is a reason for it. mgmt. and employees both ignored my request and did nothing to solve the situation because I did not have the receipt that the cashier was to give me and did not. that bag never left my car. I bit into that burger and realized there were onions on it and immediately threw it back in the bag. and got ketchup all over my pants as well. and they refused to give me my $2.14 cents back.

What a disgusting place! I went through the drive-thru and wanted to order the Italian chicken sandwich. I was told that they didn't have that anymore. So, update the sign then!!! I ordered instead a regular chicken sandwich with cheese. As I drove away, I find out that I did not receive what I ordered. There was fries and burgers in the bag. I went back, and this time went in the store. Holy crap! This place was filthy! There was cold grease all over the outside of the fry bin, food overflowing a trash can behind the counter, the floors were gross, the sink area was horrible. All of this was visible from the counter. The girl couldn't figure out what kind of chicken sandwich I wanted. Just a regular one, with some cheese! She had bright pink hair and crack teeth! (not kidding) I took my food and left. But when I thought about it, I wasn't sure I was going to eat it. The sandwich looked ok, but I just wasn't sure. What a waste of time and money.
