Burger King, Portland, Oregon, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

Unclean, unprofessional and petty. The GM Alana, is loud, rude and ignorant. I called to complain about her behavior to the manager and discovered, of course she IS the manager.

So It is no surprise this location has such horrible reviews. The quality of a business trickles down from management and this place is a $#%hole.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Food:

I usually like Burger King, but this place needs some serious management attention. It was so dirty that kids from two different families at different times began cleaning up the tables that were covered in salt or receipts. The floor had water under the tables.
The cashier acts like she wants to be elsewhere, there could be a vast improvement in this location.

Food:

They have the SLOWEST service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. It seems no matter when you go or who is working it is so so slooooow. I am talking 15+ minute waits in the drive through when it is only one other car in front of you. They don't seem to understand what "fast" means at this "fast" food establishment.

Food:

This Burger King is perhaps the most depressing fast food restaurant in the City. The food product is fine, the staff are very nice, and the interior is relatively clean for the location, but the real reason you avoid this place is because of the enormous transient population who tend to utilize the area more as a public rest area than as a fast food commissary. Either way, if you need to eat something fast and you're in the area this Burger King will do the job, just use the drive through.

SLOW AS FUK......every single time I'm here I sit in the drive trough for " not exaggerating" 20 minutes at least. wtf takes them so long it's supposed to be FAST FOOD I have shitt to do and don't want to sit in fkn line all day
