Burger King, Portland, Oregon Restaurant Details

Food:

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The manager was rude because I had a special request for my big king. Told me it was a waste of her time to make it. I had to order the nasty veggie burgers instead. I always check before leaving the window to make sure my order was correct. She said she would call the police if I didn't leave the store. I have never been so disrespected some where. Rude manager and staff. I will never return. I'm filling a complaint with corporate also.

Worst customer service I have ever had, did not give me time to complete my order. There was no one in line behind me and got treated like I was holding up his imaginary line. Did mot answer any of my questions with out sighing and acting like I was just wasting his time. SUPER rude will not be returning.

They sold me a coffee and then told me they didn't have coffee cups. So, I had to pay for a coffee I never received. If I'd had more time before my shift started, I'd have climbed through the drive through window to execute the crew on shift and spare the world their idiocy.

My wife and I went to this place thinking we would give them another try after the issues we ran into last time. Well I was wrong, when we pulled away we realized their new crinkle cut fries were barely defrosted so we turned around and got both orders replaced. Horray the end of it, nope. We got home and discovered the Big King they had made for my wife was short a hamburger patty. Both sandwiches consisted of 2 bottom buns stuffed in the middle and the sauces were all over inside the packaging making the meal a mess. I have never been handed a meal before in such a state and will not be visiting anymore Burger Kings because after so many failures to meet ANY kind of standard, I hope this store fails.

The service is slow and the cashier was rude. There were women walking around in back with their hair down. The manager on duty had to remind the cook to look at his screen. If this is how they handle a fifteen minute rush I don't know how they do anything. Oh, and all I wanted is a milkshake and I never received it.
