Ceasar, was a hardworking fast worker, who seemed to be able to get the order done in a timely fashion, but my orange juice was missing. He needs to slow down and make sure he is getting everything in the order accurate! Orange juice is way to expensive to be missing.

I felt rushed by him and he was not patient at all and almost like he was trying to get customers away from the window that is rude too.

Ceasar: Slow down and be more accurate instead of speeding and getting it all wrong. Managers please talk over co-workers like that.

It was so bad it was ALMOST comical. The degree of rudeness by the assistant Mgr (Demonte) elevated it to the degree of being labeled as off the charts horrible. The Manager was just as bad as he attempted to lie his way out of things. I actually had to order a whopper junior without cheese THREE TIMES because there was always cheese on it. Here's the crux... they never got it right and after the second attempt to correct the thing the errors were purely retaliatory. The assistant manager had the audacity to "allow" me to keep one wrong hamburger as their way of saying they were sorry. Oh - and as usual everything was always cold. Had to return the fries too. The second time I drove all the way back to the stupid store the assistant mgr "couldn't see me because he was too busy doing inventory". The Manager(who was at home)begged me not to call HQ to complain because they had a POLICY where by everyone in the kitchen would be let off for one week for getting the order wrong. " They had families to take care of so I shouldn't complain to HQ". What a crock. This place should be shut down. It has the reputation of being horrible ALL THE TIME!!!

Is anyone in corporate hearing this????!!!!!

PS- I went home without ANY type of hamburger.

For Heaven sake I walked in and made my order! They STILL managed to get it wrong. 2 breakfast croissants and NO MEAT was put on the sandwiches. Wow!!

Manager was very rude waited for over ten minutes inthe drive thru and instead of helping us she was texting. No apology offered, stay Away.

This is about the worst BK out there. Really bad atmosphere if dinning in. Otherwise the food is the same as you would expect from any BK. But the food taste bad if the atmosphere is bad. Can't explain why, so you are better off driving through the drive-thru.
