Very average BK...decent food, accurate order at the drive thru. But why is the lobby closed at 8 pm?? Seriously?

Terrible terrible food. Rude people working there. If I managed the place everyone would be fired. 12 minutes in the drive thru at 330 in the afternoon-one person ahead of me. Will never go there again!
