Burger King Restaurants, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Restaurant Details

I got here at 7:42 to find the lobby doors locked. The sign says at 8pm the lobby closes. I knock and see the employees, they see and hear me yet ignore me.

I am waiting for one of my employees to come because we car pooled. For the next 20 minutes I wait and count the same thing happen to 16 more people (some in groups) have the same experience I did.

Very unprofessional.

This is a bad representation of Burger King. I've been a happy burger king lover for a while, and while their service is great, their burgers are top of the chain. If i haven't tried several locations i probably would hate burger king like crazy. This one on capitol dr, Milwaukee shouldn't be called a fast food, it definitely should be called a slow food resturant. I mean they take their time, like 20-30 minutes to give you food; the employees are very non-challant; and i wanted onion rings and they put fries under it and a few onion rings untop. I was so irritated that i couldn't eat the food. The same day, they gave me a flat sprite--I mean what is happening in this location!
