Terrible service. Constantly slow. Three times they "ran out of food" before closing time and i just wasted time sitting in the drive thru

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT THERE FOR LUNCH ON NOV. 20, 2015 AT 1PM THE CASHIER WAS ALL TALKING AND PLACE MY ORDER ON THE COUNTER AND WALK AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. OUR DOUBLE WHOOPER WAS HALF DONE AND I WAS SO UPSET THAT I WONT NE THERE FOR AWHILE.

Feb. 21st at about 8pm and Feb. 22nd about 10:30 Drive thru lines were long both days and the order taker looked out the Window at the Cars on Sat. and said a Machine is down I just told the Customer the same thing in the Car ahead of you. On Sun. The same Order Taker said The Food is not ready. There will be a 10 min. Wait. This location has not improved in 3 years. This is very poor Customer service and I will not be back. Thank You

Absolutely terrible. I work on the north side and I would go here because there were 2 cars in the drive through. You might as well wait 20 minutes for that. The service is super slow. I tried it 3 times hoping for different results. Never was different. This Burger King is awfully managed.
