AVOID THIS BK LIKE THE PLAGUE. I got mahself some chicken fries and they tasted floopin' nasty. So I flooped mah buns to Carl's Jr. Man that place is badonkles.

Food:

This restaurant is a clean one, but the service was awful, no one here was wearing hair nets, the uniforms looked sloppy, the guy making the food, hair was super long, the girl at the register needs to hide the tattoo and hickey on her neck. When a customer asks you about the menu and what it comes with be more knowledgeable about where you work and what your serving. Also the company needs to hire bilingual Spanish speaking, cashiers, since we do live in Texas and most the population are Hispanic.

This location is horrible...bad customer service rude cashiers..my order was incorrect keep trying to call and no answer phone line is always busy..was given no receipt.. Called 5 different locations and no on can help with a working phone number..I have been at work since 7:30am get off at 8pm..now did I not get to eat lunch but I have to wait till I get off work just to get my meal corrected or not so much that just want my money back..never ever will I go back to this location

The guys working the counter who both wear glasses..are great..think one is named Daniel? I've been coming to this location for years.. And I have always had a pleasant experience here..

Manager was so rude, always with an attitude, couldn't complete my order because employee did not know where to customize burger. Also, they were out of half the menu they were advertising.
