just placed a simple order at the drive thru...2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 hash browns. paid for all, bu no hash browns.

I bought the fish sandwich combo to go and had to return it. The fish was salty. The bun was burnt and hard. The worker was very sarcastic and rude. She questioned my integrity by insinuating I got the sandwich from another store. This store was the best BK with pleasant workers who welcomed the customers. But, now the workers lack good customer service skills.
