Today my husband ordered a chicken sandwich for me that was so rubbery that I could only eat half of the chicken, Chicken nuggets ONLY and received them with fries, 2 drinks which had NO STRAWS and Onion rings, which were not included, but fries instead.

Our feelings are that the people working there often don't get our order correct and do not deserve an increase in wages when they do such a sloppy job of getting an order correct! Maybe people need to be trained better or maybe they need to be able to read better so they can get things correct. We keep going back because they are so close to our home, but I'm ready to switch to either McDonald's or Carl's Jr. Maybe they can do a better job.
