Burger Shack, Coram, New York, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Food:

The food here is great. If you want a burger and you live in Suffolk County make the trip here. You won't regret it. They have a 15 for 30 deal on yelp. Can't be beat. Burger shake and fries are all insanely delicious. They also have a 48 ounce burger challenge if you are REALLY hungry! The first time I went they were so nice! Was greeted by a middle aged woman who was awesome. The second time I went there was a middle aged man working who was extremely rude. Not sure what his problem was maybe a bad day. Anyway I don't come here to chit chat. I come here to fill up on awesome food. This place does NOT disappoint.

Wow. Amazing. This place is now the official burger joint for Cousins Paintball Headquarters. Love it!!!!!

Burger Shack was my favorite restaurant. I say was because it's really gone downhill lately. Food is cold 3/4 times I go now. The friendly staff that used to work there is almost never around anymore. The people working there now don't even respond when you say thank you to them. They just stand there or walk away to go talk to other workers. Pretty rude and very unfortunate. One guy there, I think his name is Cody, is great. Unfortunately he seems to be the only person working there that actually cares and I've seen less and less of him.

When the food is good it's great, but too often the food is cold or the order is wrong in some way. Overall I can't recommend them sadly. I'll update/write another review if/when things turn around.

My wife and I were on our way to iHop for dinner......she wanted eggs, I wanted a great burger. I had never been to the Shack so I said I had to use the restroom and ran in and ordered up a "shack burger" to go. Well it was a GREAT GREAT burger and I know burgers.

I got one of those Internet deals for Burger Shack where I could get $30 worth of food for $15 so I decided to check it out. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we were able to snag a table. The menu is impressive and I really regret I did not see their shake selection (at least half a dozen delicious sounding flavors). There is something for everyone including beef, turkey, and veggie burgers as well as hotdogs, chicken wings and tenders, and fries. The food is not really anything special but will fill you up without emptying your wallet. Burger Shack is worth a visit if you are looking for lunch in the area that is not traditional fast food.
