02/06/2016 11:19 pmFirst of all, while we were ordering in the drive thru, the lady taking our order was very impatient. She went as far as to saying "oh my god" under her breath when we asked for no pickles on our burgers. Really? Is it that difficult to push a button that says no pickles? As we went to the first window to pay we had absolutely no "hey how's it going, this is your total". No interaction, no thank you. It's like they were mute. I was already annoyed but was hoping for it to be better at the second window. Same thing. No dialogue from any of the workers. We asked for a small and regular milkshake. When we got them they were both clearly a small. When we asked about the size different they said one was a small and one a regular like we ordered. Clearly to us there was absolutely no size difference. I don't know if they just didn't want to deal with changing the cup or what but I was very disappointed. Our chili fries had a handful of onions and VERY VERY little chilli. Horrible costumer service. I hadnt experienced something as bad as today. |

02/03/2016 3:37 amGreat location. Nice staff, fast service, Awesome food. The price is like any other burgerville, which to say it's a bit much, but the food is somewhat worth it vs a lower quality fast food. Their shakes are the best. |

12/17/2015 12:53 amGreat Burgerville with a small parking lot. That's the only complaint. A small parking lot. Everything else epitomizes the definition of perfect, particularly the burgers, which are the best on the planet Earth. |
