They have a reputation for being higher end fast food. That being said, you're going to get higher quality food along with a slightly higher price.

I love Burgerville! This is the only location that I have had a bad meal. Slow distracted service, burnt bun, soggy pork sandwich. Over-cooked tuff asparagus.

The manager said "sorry to hear that".

I will go to the other locations next time.

Went to Burgerville this morning because I just moved to the area and wanted to give it a try. When I walked in there was no one around, then eventually the woman working sauntered over, said nothing, looked impatient while waiting for me to order. I ordered the breakfast burger, took it home (3 minutes walk), and when I opened it I found...well, I don't know. It was cold (cold!), thin, smashed, and terrible. I was also only given two hashbrown sticks. Please, PLEASE make this location better.
