02/21/2015 8:11 pmOrdered lunch for our entire office on a Saturday afternoon. When I got my order (green burrito) it had like only four chunks of meat in the entire thing - the rest was green sauce. When I called back to see what they would do about it I was told that that is the standard serving size (SERIOUSLY?? 4 whole bites of meat in a $6 burrito combo????) The manager apologized but didn't even offer my money back or anything like that even when I asked what he was going to do to rectify the situation. We order lunch every week and if it is up to me we will never again order from this establishment. They have lost a large bill each and every week! |

09/27/2014 9:02 pmThis was my first time here and the food was delicious the guac was kind of weird though... But what impressed me the most was the service Zach he was very friendly he brought us or salsas, silverware and was very friendly to every customer that came in. He should get a raise. I will definitely be coming back here.(; |

03/13/2014 2:28 amLet me just start off by saying that my complaint is not with the food, its with everything else. First off its a Mexican restaurant that was playing country music, their dining room was crammed and the chairs were all mismatched lawn chairs. I came in with my 13 month old and patiently waited in line, when it was my turn to place an order the cashier continued talking to the customer before me and starting filling salsa containers ignoring me entirely. Finally one of the employees there walked by and asked me if I had been helped yet, when I said no she told the cashier to help me. He was the only one not in uniform, with his hair pulled back in a ponytail and he also had a large unkept beard. I ordered my food to go and enjoyed it, but unfortunately the food was the only good part and even then it was mediocre at best. I would strongly recommend some burro's instead. Their food is delicious and customer service is always good. |
