They did an amazing job on my husband's Dr. Who cake. The tardis was amazing. Jessica was very patient with me with selecting the filling, as my husband doesn't like very sweet cake. The detail of the cake was breathing. Thank you so much.....

Worst Birthday Cake experience ever..!!!
They messed up the cake order that I've placed over a week form my daughter's birthday. The staff are very unprofessional and their owner Sonia is as terrible as they are. I paid a lot of money for them and yet they couldn't get it right. I'm sure that they are not professional and don't know what they're doing.

My sister and I went into Busy B's today, and as soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately turned off. The woman behind the counter sized us up when we walked through the door and seemed annoyed that we were even there. While we tried to ignore that, my sister went up to the counter and asked the girl if we could set up a tasting. My sister lives out of town currently and only has a limited time to plan her wedding. The clerk informed us that a wedding four weeks away made it very hard to do a simple red velvet cake (my sister even wants to decorate herself), but she would see what the owner could do in terms of samples. She then informed us that the owner was too busy, but we could buy a red velvet cupcake and taste that, then shoved some sample books at us. Okay, slightly rude still, but we did give a bit of a short notice, that was our bad. Seeing as we were the only customers however, I don't see how we were making her life difficult.

As we sat and ate the cupcake (which tasted like white cake with red food dye, NOT red velvet!) The owner finally emerged. She warned us that we only had a few minutes, as she was leaving for the day. Again, like she didn't want our business She jumped right into prices and didn't seem too interested in what my sister actually wanted. She handed us a price guide and immediately jumped into a very elaborately decorated and pricey cake (not what we asked about) and continually brushed off my sister saying she wanted a simple red velvet cake. Needless to say as soon as she walked away we left her scrapbooks and disappointing cupcake behind and went elsewhere. We ended up finding a place called Le Bon Gâteau, and the owner was very friendly, willing to work with us, and even met our budget.

I ordered a cake for my sons first birthday. When they asked me if there was anything wrong with the decoration I said the colors were wrong. They told me there was nothing they can do and were unwilling to fix it. When I had an idea how to fix it I came back into the store. They just stared me down very unfriendly and said nothing at all to me and ignored me. I told them my idea which I was even willing to pay to have fixed and they said they would do nothing. Very unfriendly, not customer service oriented. I would never use there services in the future.

Food:

My wife and I went with her mom and Aunt to taste cake. We had previously made an appointment witht the consultant. She brought out I think 6 or so slices for all of us to try. The Slices were not made fresh for us, but we got a clear idea of what we would be tasting at our wedding. We were able to get the cake delivered down in Tubac for the wedding, and we had many comments from people as it was the best cake they have had at a wedding. I personally loved it and so did my wife. No problems with anything at all. Just called a few min ago to get our 1 year anniversary cake. I bet it will be just as good as it was a year ago.
