Great Mongolian restaurant! I go here at least twice, every time I visit Tucson. They have a great selection of vegetables (broccoli, edamame, etc.) and shaved meats (chicken, beef, etc.). I love the sauce components they offer, including their house sauce. It's all cooked fresh. You also get rice (white or brown), some tasty flat bread and a soup with the meal. You can get one bowl of food, or all you can eat (which is what I get). Highly recommended.

wow @ all the people complaining about the "low portions of bread and rice"
1st - The meal includes A LOT of food, with as many heaping bowls as you want... I always leave FULL.
2nd - You can always ASK for more rice, or bread, or whatever and they will gladly give you some.

The food was delicious. It was our first tine going and the staff was friendly and attentive.

If your typical to-go rice and noodle stir fry is getting a bit boring, then try Mongolian BBQ. You pick your favorite vegetables and meats and add a variety of wet ingredients (following the sauce recipe cards, or changing it up for more flavor). If you tend to like bold flavors, I'd recommend following one recipe and then add a few more scoops.

Currently one of my favorite places to eat. I embrace this make-your-own-dish idea, so I plan to give all restaurants of this type a try. I just tried Panda House Stir-Fry, which is rated very high online. However, I have to disagree with the previous review that said Panda House Stir-Fry is better. The selection of ingredients and condiments is much better at CI Chu's. You can build a variety of dishes and all of them taste great! I especially love the pineapples. (The meats can be a bit lacking in flavor due to the thickness and little time for marinating, but I don't complain.) The sesame bread is a very nice side dish, especially right after it comes out from oven. The service is good. The price is reasonable. My only complaint is they don't offer single bowl for dinner, you have to pay $3 extra but basically you don't get anything extra because one bowl is quite enough. I took one star off because of that.
