I paid for extra sour cream on my xxl burrito combo and did not receive sour cream at all, when I do eat taco bell it's usually at this location because their usually pretty good with getting the orders correct this time that didn't happen and the front counter girl was sucking on her index finger while filling the sauce packet containers and did not wash her hands at all after doing so grossed me out.

I wanted to call in an order because I was in a semi n the smart ass that was working said only if the semi can fit thru the drive thru. That's the youth of America for ya uncaring smart ass taco hell working idiots!

they never have the frozen lemonade and when I call to ask nobody answers phone !!

Watched an employee smoke at the door... Customers having to walk through the smoke. Then with the smoke break finished she went back to work without washing up. That alone is a deterrent to eating here...
