03/14/2016 11:24 pmWe made reservations for a party of 10. Business meeting. Customer service was horrible!!!!!! The food we ordered was disgusting and found a small cockroach STILL MOVING on the food!!!! Me and my ladies definitely walked out and will never come back again!!!!!! |

02/15/2016 2:34 pmLet me preface this review by saying that I have eaten at cabana before and my experience was rather good. However, my dinner on Valentines night with my guy was a dismal failure! The server in my area was inattentive and lacking in service to his entire section. He would disappear for minutes at a time doing God knows what. We were there for an hour and a half he refilled are Ice-T twice. That is just twice and both times it was because I had to ask. He wasn't staying on top of his meals and by the time our food got out it had actually cool to the point that it wasn't even warm. While the food tasted good it kind of needs to be hot, right? I don't blame the restaurant for the food as the quality was OK. But the quality of service was downright crappy. This was a special day for myself and my other half and to be quite honestI would have rather done the candlelight dinner at waffle house then to have chosen that experience. |

02/15/2016 3:16 amWe came on Sunday feb 14th Valentine's Day but it was also our 8 year anniversary and we booked a private cabana we were really excited about it and we're ready to get the full experience but when we got seated we were seated in a cabana that already occupied 2 people the waiter said " you will be seated in this side of the cabana" and I'm like really we have to share a table with total strangers on our anniversary wow so that's not all when our waiter came to take our order he informed us that they were out of numerous things included the meal that I had wanted so I was like ok well let's listen to some music plug my phone into it but it didn't work so I asked the waiter how do we work it he says that they cut it off just for tonight because they booked too many reservations and they didn't want us to listen to music because we were sharing with other people like that just put the icing on the cake they really just ruined the whole experience we were hoping for so what's the point of us coming here if we don't get what you have to offer you eliminated everything we wanted so basically I got dressed up to spend a evening with my fiancé and 2 total strangers while eating a burger and listening to music that I don't want to listen to basically it sucked I don't care if it was for one night you should have informed us of all of this when we checked in for our reservations that's just rude and bad business on top of that we couldn't go any where else because everything was closing at 9 and our reservations were at 8:30 I will definitely not come back ever again!!!!!!!! |

01/18/2016 3:00 amThis was like a bad episode of Chopped. Somebody in the kitchen thinks they're doing it upscale, but their efforts have fallen oh so flat. The BLT salad was downright unappetizing, the calamari belonged at a beer bar and the pork wontons came out of the freezer. Don't eat here. |
